KDC Construction is a vertically integrated general contractor delivering end-to-end solutions across the commercial construction landscape for retail, QSR, grocery, restaurants, and other related asset class. From ground-up construction and remodels to tenant improvements, special projects, programmatic multisite rollout programs, and facility maintenance, we manage every phase to reduce risk, drive schedules, and ensure cost control.
For 30 years, KDC has partnered with owners, developers, and construction management teams to deliver the transparency, accountability, and quality expected from a trusted general contractor. Supported by in-house warehousing, logistics, and a dedicated millwork shop, our integrated approach and multimarket expertise continue to earn the confidence of the world’s leading brands.

KDC holds active licenses across CA, AZ, TX, ID, IA, NV, NM, OH, OK, OR, UT, and WA. Depending on the market, our team operates under Cirks Construction, Inc., Cirks Southwest, Inc., or KDC Construction Southwest, Inc, and dba KDC Construction.
Our licenses cover a full range of trades, including General Contracting, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, and Cabinets/Millwork/Finish Carpentry.
